Speed Work

Meet at Roe Park 103rd and Roe. Register here. Due to the nature of the workouts, drop-ins are not available.

Our goal this week:  blow out some of that winter rust with some pick-ups around the park after some run specific strengthening and drills. 

Bring with you:

  • sports drink/water
  • timing device
  • knowledge of your 5K, 10K and goal race pace
  • a yoga mat if you don't like getting your hands dirty on the grass
