Our goal this week: blow out some of that winter rust with some pick-ups around the park after some run specific strengthening and drills.
Bring with you:
- sports drink/water
- timing device
- knowledge of your 5K, 10K and goal race pace
- a yoga mat if you don't like getting your hands dirty on the grass
