Boost Run Performance

Running your best or fastest requires quality and precision of movement, power, and economy; we can achieve this with run-specific drills and skill development.

Coach Amy’s run clinic is invaluable. She works with each participant on running form in a fun way, ensuring each participant gets great value out of the work they put in. By improving my form and running economy, I was able to improve my 10k time, as well as I just genuinely feel better after running. I wish I had found Coach Amy years ago. This is the best investment I have made in my running, hands down.

Tuesday Night Run Clinic

Improve your performance, efficiency, run form, and run strength. Coach Amy creates a workout personalized to each participant's goals and experience level.

Workouts include dynamic warm-ups, running drills, hill training, and running activities such as fartleks, intervals, and supersets. The class size is limited to 12 athletes.

The real-time feedback from Amy was invaluable...[in improving] my running form and economy. I also appreciated the cumulative nature of the clinic; the skills learned each week [were] stacked on the previous weeks. Overall, her running clinic has had an extremely positive impact on my training!

Tuesday evenings 6:00 - 7:00 PM at Roe Park.

In inclement weather, the workout will move indoors at the CoachAmyPT clinic if space is available.

Fall Session: Sept 3-24

  • (4) weeks

  • $100.00 ($90 for those in Coaching).

Amy’s tips have helped me become a more efficient runner. I’m able to run further...with less effort...and no longer have the post-run ache in my knees and hips. The clinic felt casual and welcoming to all levels.

Poor strength + poor neuromuscular control = poor performance no matter how perfect the training plan.
