Run safely and maximize performance with a custom and dynamic training plan developed by Coach Amy, a certified running coach and physical therapist specializing in endurance sports.

Coach Amy works with new and experienced runners and athletes around the country and world, with goals ranging from running for fun or health to 5K, 10K, half, and full marathon PRs.

Coach Amy creates a plan that is unique to you. She helps you to develop realistic and achievable short and long-term goals. Each program considers personal lifestyle and running history, including prior injuries.

Your plan adapts weekly and seasonally, depending on your progress and performance. Coach Amy uses the Training Peaks platform to upload your customized workouts each week, including specific instructions on performing each. 

Within Training Peaks, Coach Amy will analyze the data, provide feedback and comments on your workouts weekly and tweak your plan as you go along.

New Athletes

If this is your first time working with Coach Amy, a 30-minute phone consultation is required. This includes a thorough intake, including history and personalized goal development. This initial consultation is $110.

An in-person Run Form Evaluation is not included but is recommended yearly and before beginning training.

Personalized coaching includes

Coaching is $150/mo by subscription only (does not include the new athlete's initial consult). Automatic monthly payments start with your first month's payment. Your credit card will be charged on the first of each month until you tell us to cancel. To cancel your subscription, contact billing one month prior. 

15-minute phone consultations are not included but are available throughout training for $55.

For runners who want a general training plan for a specific race but do not need coaching or a personalized plan, Coach Amy offers race-specific half- and full-marathon training frameworks, which are coming soon in training.
