Coach Amy will lead participants in a workout that teaches the body to run while fatigued in her version of lactate stackers. Participants will run a mix of hill repeats and intervals personalized to their current running foundation and goals. Meet at Indian Creek Drive and Nall on the West side. Bring your own hydration. Registration is required.
