We are back at Meadowbrook Park. We are training the body to run through fatigue with a boot camp style combination of strengthening and intervals. Don’t be afraid! Coach Amy will tailor your workout to YOU.

Our meet spot is the big tree with rock wall by the pond near the South entrance to the subdivision. Look for Coach Amy and the RRKC sign.
