Meet at CoachAmyPT clinic 4573 Indian Creek Parkway in Overland Park. Coach Amy will assess running form. Participants will work on form drills for maximum efficiency. Be prepared to run timed interval segments on the trail that are personalized for your current running foundation and goals. e.g. reps anywhere from 30 sec to 3 min. Bring your own hydration. Registration is required.
