This is what we call the “float” phase of run gait!

May 2021 Group Runs Include:

• Full sanitized aid stations at miles 2 and 4. Runners need to follow sanitary protocols.

• Printed course maps.

• 7:00 AM start time.

• Start Location Crows Coffee

Course distance is 10 miles, there will be no run lead and no homebase aid station. Runners should remain 6 feet apart or more during the run.
