The Run is on! Snow runs can be a lot of fun. Shorten your stride, slow your pace and shorten your planned distance to accommodate for the surface. If you get out there and it is too slippery and you can’t find traction, stop and walk, turn back and save your run for another day.

Start location Shawnee Mission North High School. 7401 Johnson Dr, Overland Park, KS 66202. Meet in the northeast parking lot near the track.
Start time 7:00 AM
Course distance is 10 miles.

Remain 6 feet apart or more during the run.
Sanitize hands at each aid station prior to handling supplies.
Follow all pedestrian traffic laws.
