Speedwork Location and Time Change

It is getting dark very early, so to keep our training safer we will be meeting at Roe Park (NOT Shawnee Mission Park) at 5:30 p.m. for our pace run this week. The trail will be marked for 3 miles. Check your training schedule for your distance.
