Don't hit the snooze and roll over! Throw off the covers, jump into your running gear and head out to Metro Walk and Run this Saturday at 6:30 a.m. Your running friends are expecting you! Please arrive 15 min. early if you still need to register or pick up a packet.
Oh, and you may want to brush your pearly whites before heading out - it's Picture Day!

Don't forget, Metro is offering 25% off shoes all day Jan. 29th for PB runners only.
