Bundle up for our Saturday run!

We are expecting more snow and frigid temperatures. As long as road conditions are not too severe and the effective temperature is above 0 degrees we are on. Be sure to check the website at 5:30a.m. Saturday morning for last minute news or cancellations.

We are meeting at Johnny's at 83rd and Mission. The run starts at 6:30 a.m.

Key to running in the snow: shorten your stride, slow down your pace and consider cutting back your planned distance.
