October 21st Long Run

Running is even more fun with friends!

This Weekend
Meet at the WalMart in Roeland Park 51st and Roe, just N of Shawnee Mission Pkwy. Start time is 6:30 a.m. Coach Amy will be in STL for the group trip. Doug Stinson has volunteered to go over the map and make sure everyone finishes safely. The course will be set up for 16 miles.
