Saturday March 31st Long Run

Go Hawks! Dig out your blue and red for this weekend's run...yes, even if you are a Missouri or K State fan (Jeff!). You gotta route for Kansas.

We are meeting at 6:30 a.m. at the East end of the AMC Theaters Town Center parking lot at 117th (Town Center Dr.) and Nall. We will be running up to 16 miles NW along the Indian Creek trails. Breakfast at Ingredient after the run. Fried dough and omelets - yum!
