Who R U? Long Run Deets for August 25th

Who R U? On this Saturday's run you will find out! A famous character/person will be pinned to your back. It is your job to ask questions of your running buddies to find out who you are and sign in with the answer when you get back to home base.

We will be set up for 18 miles this weekend starting once again at Brookside. Howie created a relatively flat and beautiful course for us! The start time is 6:00 a.m. with dynamic stretching at 5:45 a.m.

Check your training schedules to see how far you need to go. Remember, a training schedule is just a guideline. If you are feeling tired, sick or injured - scale back. Be sure to touch base with Coach Amy if you have signs of injury or need modifications in your schedule.
