Michelle Abshire braved the heat and humidity at Virginia Beach this weekend and ran a 2:15 half! Great work! Dr. Jeff had to fend off the 30 somethings as he ran the 3000m run at JCCC track ;) He came in first in his age division. Bravo all! Allison and Greg are preparing to run the Broadway Bridge half this Sunday. Wishing you both great weather and a fun race.
