Sept. 22 Long Run

September 20, 2012/ Amy Parkerson-Mitchell

A broken down flagging vehicle put the kabosh on our stretching and game plans last weekend. Third time is a charm right? Once again, we will TRY our Who Are You fun run. Now you will have even more miles to figure out whose name is pinned to your back! This weekend we will be set up for 22 miles. Start time is 6:30 a.m. with dynamic stretching at 6:15 a.m. Meet in Westport. Check your packets for the exact location.
