PB Update

Remember, there is no organized training run this Saturday. Please join us to cheer on your running pals at the KC marathon. If you are interested in joining us at our cheering stations, let us know as we are carpooling to the start and other locations along the course. A big thank you to Allison S. and Erica who helped make signs.

Racers! Meet your PB buddies at 6:25 a.m. at Washing Square Park for a group picture and a good luck send off. We will be next to the George Washington Statue. The park is at Grand and Pershing. 

Rokbands just arrived! I will bring them to the group picture on Saturday before the race. There are multiple ways to wear them - headband, beanie, hairband, neck gator... I'm wearing mine as an arm band. They will also work pinned to your back! They are $18.00 each. Please bring check or exact amount - we will not have the ability to provide change. If you plan to pin, bring pins!

Rock it out at the finish with Pat's U2 tribute band. They are playing from 10-2:00.
