Saturday Long Run Details

Bring your money Saturday morning - we are at Metro Walk and Run. Plan to buy shoes, GU or any of your running needs at 25% off (Garmin watches excluded)! We will be set up for 20 miles. Run start time is 6:30 a.m. with dynamic stretching at 6:15 a.m. Store opens at 10:00 a.m.

If you replied MAYBE for the Sunday 5K costume run, we need to know by Saturday so we can provide a headcount for the Brooksider. Please confirm on the Sat. run check-in sheet or go to the evite and update!
