FREE Winter Runs

Don't get caught laying around this winter!
Personal Best's FREE informal run program is BACK. Grab your friends and make new ones as you stay in running shape this winter. Runs will start at 7:00 a.m. from Sport+Spine December 1st- January19th. Flagged courses are 10 miles (out and back 5) and include a map and aid stations every 2 miles. These runs are hosted and supported by volunteers. Coaching, dynamic stretching, intervals, clinics and training schedules are not a part of our free runs.
