Speed work for the next two weeks is at Prairie Life - Barkley location off of 103rd street. Please RSVP: kcrunning@hotmail.com Meet in the lobby at 6:00 p.m. There is a charge of $12.00 for non-members. You will have access to the entire gym, so if you want to stay after intervals, enjoy! Note the following changes to the speed work schedules in your member packet: The next two sessions are intervals only - no pace runs. No speed work Nov. 21st.
