Big applause to JJ who the weekend after RTP decided to jump into the Garmin full marathon and PR'd shaving 5 minutes off her best time for a 4:48. Yikes! She then went on to complete the Lousiville Half this weekend at an easy pace this weekend. Ummm...sore JJ?

Tyler at Louisville

After rocking the parkway, Tyler Wolf nursed an injury to pop back and PR at the Louisville marathon with a 3:19. Wow!

Congrats to Mo, Mike C. and Greg on their finish of the Lawrence Half marathon last Sunday, their second half of the Heartland Series. Next up in the series: Running with the Cows.
