Time Trial and Intervals on Wednesday




Grab your Garmin or trusty stop watch and head on over to Roe Park Wed. night for the PB time trial and intervals. All PB runners interested in learning their lactate threshold should attend the time trial. Mile warm-up starts at 6:00 p.m. followed by plyometrics. Information about lactate threshold is in your packet.

Chicago and KC runners, your time trial will be incorporated into your speed work schedule. Please refer to your training schedule for your specific work out. Schedules are in your packet and on the website>members only>training schedules.

Water will be provided. Please bring your own sports drink if needed.
