Linda pulled off a PR of 4:08 at the Chicago marathon.
Marc finished the KC full marathon with his first ever negative split.
JJ and Tyler completed the full relay as a two person team.
We had lots of participants in the half marathon:
A big congrats to Kim who finished her first half marathon and to Jamie who pulled off her first half marathon in a long time despite battling injury all season.
Amy S., Mo and Allison S. finished the half all within seconds of each other: 1:48:34, 1:49:06 and 1:49:14.
Lacy finished with a great half time of 1:54 and Greg with 1:57.
Michelle A. finished with a PR of 2:07
Mike B came in at 2:12 followed closely by two PBers who PR'd: Michelle S. with a 2:17 and Jami with a 2:19. Jami took 12:11 off his time! Speed work DOES work!
Howie and Jeff both completed the KC 5k - woo hoo!
