Saturday Oct. 19th Long Run

We have a small, but dedicated group of runners for our long run this Saturday! Doug will be in charge of the run for us - he will go over the map and make sure everyone is safe. The location is Urban Table with a start time of 6:30 a.m.

Due to the KC marathon, we are short a few volunteers so our course will be set up for 10 miles. Those planning to run longer are welcome to stay and go back out the distance needed. So Doug can keep tabs, please stay on course and do not extend the run past the 5 mile marker. We will be back on our regular schedule the following weekend at Metro Running for our Halloween costume run and discount day at Metro. Happy Running!
