Yikes! We missed our Predicted Time Run! So we will catch up this Saturday. Leave your Garmin and watches at home and guess how long it takes you to finish your planned distance. Closest guess wins a prize. This Saturday's long run will be set for 10 miles. Start time 7:00 a.m. Location 1022 Westport Rd. - meet by the stage coach. Once again, part of our course is in alignment with portions of the KC half and full marathon so you can get ready for the upcoming race!
