This Saturday's long run will be set for 20 miles. Start time 6:30 a.m. 1022 Westport Rd. - meet by the wagon. Part of our course is in alignment with portions of the KC half and full marathon so you can get ready for the upcoming race!

Maps are now available via Garmin Connect so you can check out the course before your arrive on Saturday. If you have a Garmin, you can download the course map to your device. If you are a PB member and sign up for Garmin Connect, please e-mail Howie with your user name so he can accept you.
