Good luck to all running Rock the Parkway on Saturday!

Racers, get a pre-race pic with your PB buddies! Meet at 7:00 AM at the SW corner/intersection of Ward Parkway and Summit. During the race, look for us near Mile 3 and Mile 10.

For those not racing, there is still time to join us for cheering the local run community and your PB friends. Contact coach Amy ASAP if you want to meet up.
