Healthy Hospital Hill runners: we will only hold a speed work session with an RSVP by Tuesday at 12:00 PM to kcrunning@hotmail.com. Check the website by 3:30PM on Tuesday for confirmation. If it is on, it will be at Roe Park at 6:00PM
NO speed work for:
-those recovering from races this weekend
-those nursing an injury - you know who you are!
-those with a race this weekend
