Intervals on Tuesday Night


All right runners! We have three more speed sessions this spring session. I am proud of those of you have attended these on a consistent basis. Your sweat and tears have made a tremendous impact on your overall speed, efficiency and ability to fight fatigue.

Those of you training for Hospital Hill, it's not too late, hill repeats and intervals are a key training tool. Plan on attending for the next three weeks!

Some of you are recovering from races over the past few weekends. If you pushed your race, it is a good idea to take a break from the speed this week, but you are welcome to come out and run some easy laps or head out on the trail for some mileage.

Those with races this coming weekend, Denver marathon and Corporate Challenge Half, you are welcome to join us and do some light pick-ups, but no strengthening or intervals this week.

Meet on Tuesday night at Roe Park, 6:30 p.m.  we will do repeats combined with functional strengthening.
