Saturday Group Run | 10 Miles

It’s the last run of the year! We’re so glad to have shared some, or many, Saturday mornings with you. While we weather another mid-west winter, Coach Amy PT is serving up two 8-class cross-training sessions.

  • Phoenix Rising – This advanced class will improve performance outcomes and is designed to prevent injury. Classes start Monday, January 6, taught by Amy Parkerson Mitchell at Coach Amy PT.

  • Phoenix Core – Focuses on core strength to build control with slow, intentional moves. Classes start Tuesday, January 7, taught by JJ Wolf at Coach Amy PT.

May 2020 be injury-free, power-packed, and filled with miles and miles of good times. Happy New Year, Roadrunners!
