It’s the last run of the year! We’re so glad to have shared some, or many, Saturday mornings with you. While we weather another mid-west winter, Coach Amy PT is serving up two 8-class cross-training sessions.
Phoenix Rising – This advanced class will improve performance outcomes and is designed to prevent injury. Classes start Monday, January 6, taught by Amy Parkerson Mitchell at Coach Amy PT.
Phoenix Core – Focuses on core strength to build control with slow, intentional moves. Classes start Tuesday, January 7, taught by JJ Wolf at Coach Amy PT.
