Run Clinic: It's a Hill: Get OVER it.

There are only 7 of us in Run Clinic so WE ARE STILL ON! We will not huddle or hug. We will stay spread out. Come shake out the mental fog and stress and learn to run more efficiently up hill.

Meet at Indian Creek Drive and Nall on the West side. Learn to make the most out of your hill form and teach your body to “see no hill, feel no hill.” Participants will run timed hill repeats that are personalized to their current running foundation and goals. e.g. 4-8 reps of anywhere from 30 sec - 2 min. Bring your own hydration.
