Phoenix Core Winter 2020

Phoenix Core is back for a limited time. The 8-week session starts Monday, January 7th at 6:00 PM. This class focuses on core strength and includes slow, intentional movements to build control for activities of daily living and sport. This class is good for all levels. Led by JJ. Classes are held at CoachAmyPT. Spots are limited. Register HERE.
