Participants will practice efficient run form with interval repeats personalized to their goals and fitness level.

We will meet at the paved trail loops at Meadowbrook Park. Our meet spot is the big tree with rock wall by the pond near the South entrance to the subdivision. Look for Coach Amy and the RRKC sign.
