Saturday, April 9th Long Run Details

Spring into action and get your long run on with PB this Saturday. Meet at 6:30 a.m. in the Lionsgate Marketplace parking lot at the SE corner of Metcalf and 143rd St.

Leave your head wraps and gloves at home! The forecast for Saturday (as of April 7th) is a low of 67 degrees and high 0f 85 degrees. Hydrate well on Friday.

We will be set up for 20 miles with Gatorade and water every 2 miles - as always.
