Membership Includes:
- Training plans for 5K, 10K, half and full marathons created by an RRCA certified coach
- Wednesday night speed work or open run on the trails
- Saturday morning group runs
- Injury Prevention Screening by a Physical Therapist*
- Lean Body Mass Assessment by a Physical Therapist*
- Runner's 101 clinic
- End of season party: food, drinks and prizes!
Additional services not included in membership:
- Physical Therapy for Injured Runners
- Running Form Evaluation (video) $100.00. May be covered by insurance if injured.
