Tuesday Night Run Nov. 2

It is hard to believe, but this Tuesday, November 2 is the last speed work session of the season. We are meeting at 5:30 p.m. at Roe Park and plan to finish up around 6:30 p.m. when mother nature turns the lights out. NY racers, time for a few cruise laps. If you are recovering from a race or just want to come out and run the Roe loop (1/2 mile) for 3-4 miles or the connecting IC trails, please join us! Beers at Fox and the Hound to follow. Woo hoo!
