Saturday Nov. 5th Long Run Details

We are at Metro Walk and Run this weekend - run starts at 7:00 a.m.. The course will be set up for 16 miles (8 out and back). Breakfast at First Watch after the run. Then hop next door for 25% off shoes and supplies at Metro all day for PB runners so be there!

Also, this weekend is the Cure of Ars' 5K! Race starts at 9:00 a.m.

Two of our runners are headed for the big apple this weekend. We wish you the perfect race Greg and Tim! Go get em'!
