Group Run Nov. 2

Saturday
We get to sleep late! Run starts at 7:00 a.m. with dynamic stretching at 6:45 a.m. We will be set up for 10 miles starting from Shawnee Mission North High School, 7401 Johnson Drive. Group breakfast 9:00 a.m. at RJ's Barbecue 5835 Lamar Avenue. Yes, they serve breakfast and I've heard it is GREAT. Please RSVP so we can give them a heads up.

Vegas
Vegas People: we will nail down our plans at breakfast. Please come if you can! (Sherise, I know you are out of town). We will discuss shows, dinners, race plans etc.

Vegas Tutus - please send your waist or hip size (depending upon where you want the tutu to sit) and the name of the princess to us ASAP. Sarah needs to get started on these so they are ready in time. Here are the princesses taken thus far:

Speed Work
We are losing day light! Due to the time change, speed work for the next three weeks will be on the indoor track at Prairie Life 10351 at 6:00 p.m. and cost $12.00 per run payable to Prairie Life. Note: the training schedules are a changin'. All the runs will be intervals and not pace runs. Please RSVP and meet in the lobby.
